Pay Round 2012

Anglian Water – 3% from 1 April subject to ballot

Severn Trent Water – Pay talks continuing

South East Water – 3% (2nd year of a 3 year deal)

South Staffs Water – 1.5% from 1 April, plus 0.5% at the end of financial year if financial targets are met and a further 1% unconsolidated if targets are exceeded.  Employees’ bonuses for 2011/12 will be paid but scheme suspended for 2012/13.

Southern Water – Pay talks suspended pending industrial action ballot.

Portsmouth Water – 3.1% for an 18 months deal.

Veolia Water (customer services contract) – 2%

Dwr Cymru/Welsh Water Operations – 3.2% subject to consultation

Yorkshire Water – 4.7% (third year of a 5 year deal).

Northumbrian Water – One year pay offer accepted.  Full time salaries will increase by £700 (pro rata for part timers) applied to salary 1st April 2012.  £100 one off payment in April.  Fixed payment allowances e.g. standby, call out, shift disruption, increased by 2.8%
